Abstract

PURPOSE: Resorbable scaffolds for bone repair and long bone tissue engineering are provided to have a center channel and multiple lateral channels. CONSTITUTION: Resorbable scaffolds for bone repair and long bone tissue engineering include an internal domain and an external domain. The internal domain includes porous microfilament polymer equipped with pores connected to each other and is comprised of welded microfilament mesh layers. Each microfilament mesh has microfilament polymer thread. Each layer of the microfilament mesh is arranged at an angle of 60 degrees. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012

뼈 결함, 특히 긴뼈 결함의 회복 또는 뼈 길이의 증가와 같은 뼈 공학을 위한 생흡수성 골격이 기술된다. 골격은 다공성이며 다중의 측면 채널을 포함한다. 일 실시예에서, 골격은 폴리카프로락탐(PCL) 또는 PCL-복합체를 포함하며, 회전의 증가하는 60도로 연속적으로 쌓여 0/60/120도 적층된 패턴을 이루는 미세-필라멘트 메쉬의 층으로 이루어지며, 서로 연결된 세공의 형성을 제공한다. 상기 골격은 생활성제와 같은 적합한 제재로 충진, 패킹 또는 주입된 중앙 채널을 포함할 수 있다. 나아가, 상기 골격은 강건하지만 골절에 저항력이 있으며, 뼈 공학에 적합한 충분한 휘어짐, 압축 및 비틀림 강도를 갖는다. 상기 골격의 느린 분해는 리모델링 과정동안 3D 세포간질이 구조 융합 및 기계적 특성을 유지하기에 충분하다.
