Abstract:
(KO) 본 발명은 압전진동체의 중심점으로부터 전극 길이가 다르게 형성 되도록 하여, 비틀림진동모드가 가능한 바람개비 형태의 전극구조를 갖는 압전진동체 및 이를 포함하는 회전형 초음파 모터에 관한 것으로, 비틀림진동을 발생하는 압전진동체 전극구조로서 바람개비 날개 형태를 갖는 단순구조를 제공하고, 이와 같은 전극구조에서 얻어지는 비틀림방향 진동을 이용함으로써, 상기 압전진동체의 옆면의 홈을 따라 체결된 회전자가 회전할 수 있는 회전형 초음파 모터를 제공하는 발명에 관한 것이다.
(EN) PURPOSE: A piezoelectric actuator having an electrode structure for enabling a torsional vibration mode and an ultrasonic motor including same are provided to form a simple structure in comparison with an existing ultrasonic motor by installing a piezoelectric actuator having a pin wheel type electrode structure and a rotor to be rotated along a lateral surface of the piezoelectric actuator. CONSTITUTION: A plate-shaped body part is formed with a piezoelectric material. A first electrode has a shape of a pin wheel and is formed at one of an upper surface and a lower surface of the plate-shaped body part. The first electrode has different electrode lengths from a center point of a piezoelectric actuator to enable a torsional vibration mode. A second electrode is formed between the pin wheels and is separated from the first electrode. A third electrode is formed on a surface opposite to a surface on which the first and second electrodes are formed. A side groove is formed in a shape of a circle along a lateral surface of the plate-shaped body part. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
