Provided is a layered type balloon transformer which can be applied to a line having various impedances. The layered type balloon transformer includes a magnetic substrate (1), a layered body (2), a magnetic substrate (3), and external electrodes (4-1 to 4-6). The layered body (2) has a first transformer (5), a second transformer (6), and an insulating body (7) covering the first and the second transformer (5, 6) from outside. The first transformer (5) is formed by a primary side coil (5-1) and secondary side coil (5-2). The second transformer (6) is formed by a primary side coil (6-1) and a secondary side coil (6-2). The line width of the primary side coil (5-1) of the first transformer (5) is set to be reduced from the side of an internal electrode (52a) toward the side of an internal electrode (51a). The line width of the secondary side coil (6-2) of the second transformer (6) is set to be reduced from the side of an internal electrode (62a) toward the side of an internal electrode (61a). ┬ęKIPO&WIPO 2009
