(EN) The invention relates to a process for recovering heavy metals such as nickel (Ni), copper (Cu), tin (Sn), indium (In), and gallium (Ga) as valuable simple substances or alloys from a raw effluent (such as wastewater) containing them and equipment for the recovery and aims at providing a process for recovery by which only objective metals can be recovered as valuable simple substances or alloys little containing impurity metals from a raw effluent such as wastewater with high recovery and at high purity; and equipment for the recovery. The process is characterized by incorporating a raw effluent containing objective metals in the form of ions with a precipitating metal having an ionization tendency higher than those of the objective metals, making the objective metals contained in the raw effluent deposit on the surface of the precipitating metal by utilizing the difference between both in ionization tendency, and then scaling the objective metals from the precipitating metal by a scaling means to recover them. ┬ęKIPO&WIPO 2008
