(KO) 고체 전해질 재료를 포함하는 전고체 전지를 제조하는 방법
Abstract
(KO) 본 발명에 따른 전고체 전지 제조 방법은 전극 소자간 결착을 위한 가압 공정시 음극과 고체 전해질막 사이의 반응이 제어된다. 특히 음극으로 리튬 금속을 포함하고 고체 전해질막으로 황화물계 고체 전해질 재료를 포함하는 경우 리튬 금속과 황화물계 고체 전해질 재료 사이의 반응을 제어할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 전고체 전지 제조 방법에 따라 제조된 전고체 전지는 양극과 고체 전해질막의 기공도가 낮으며 고체 전해질막과 리튬 금속인 음극이 반응하지 않아 단락 발생이 낮고 전지 제조 수율이 개선되는 효과가 있다.
