Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a flat ceramic separation membrane to which a tape casting scheme is applied, and to a method of manufacturing a flat ceramic separation membrane for separating a mixed solution in which a solid is mixed into a solid and a liquid. To this end, a method of manufacturing a flat ceramic separation membrane includes a first step of manufacturing a flat ceramic support by applying a tape casting scheme; a second step of forming a ceramic coating film on upper and lower surfaces of the flat ceramic support by applying a screen printing scheme; and a third step of forming a ceramic coating film on side surfaces of the ceramic support having the upper and lower surfaces coated. (KO) 본 발명은 테이프 캐스팅 방식을 적용한 평판형 세라믹 분리막 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 고형물이 혼재된 혼합액을 고형물과 액체로 분리하기 위한 평판형 세라믹 분리막을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 평판형 세라믹 분리막 제조방법은 테이프 캐스팅 방식을 적용하여 평판형 세라믹 지지체를 제조하는 제1단계; 스크린 프린팅 방식을 적용하여 평판형 세라믹 지지체의 상면 및 하면에 세라믹 코팅막을 형성하는 제2단계; 및 상면 및 하면이 코팅된 세라믹 지지체의 측면에 세라믹 코팅막을 형성하는 제3단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
