(KO) 코발트기 합금 제조물 및 그 제조 방법
Abstract
(KO) 본 발명은 석출 강화 Ni기 합금재와 동등 이상의 기계적 특성을 갖는 Co기 합금 제조물 및 그 제조 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 관계되는 Co기 합금 제조물은, 0.08 내지 0.25질량%의 C와, 0.1질량% 이하의 B와, 10 내지 30질량%의 Cr을 포함하고, Fe를 5질량% 이하로 Ni를 30질량% 이하로 포함하고, Fe 및 Ni의 합계가 30질량% 이하이고, W 및/또는 Mo를 포함하고, W 및 Mo의 합계가 5질량% 이상 12질량% 이하이고, Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb 및 Ta의 1종 이상을 합계 0.5질량% 이상 2질량% 이하로 포함하고, 0.5질량% 이하의 Si와, 0.5질량% 이하의 Mn과, 0.003 내지 0.04질량%의 N을 포함하고, 잔부가 Co와 불순물을 포함하고, 상기 불순물은, 0.5질량% 이하의 Al과, 0.04질량% 이하의 O를 포함하는, 화학 조성을 갖고, 상기 제조물은, 모상 결정의 다결정체이며, 상기 다결정체의 결정립 내에는, 평균 사이즈가 0.13㎛ 이상 2㎛ 이하인 포스트 편석 셀이 형성되어 있고, 해당 포스트 편석 셀의 경계 상에 상기 Ti, 상기 Zr, 상기 Hf, 상기 V, 상기 Nb 및/또는 상기 Ta를 포함하는 MC형 탄화물상 입자가 분산 석출되어 있는, 것을 특징으로 한다.
