Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a method for controlling data for a precise embroidery design. According to the present invention, a method for controlling data for a precise embroidery design control apparatus, which includes a driving unit that receives information required for one or more embroidery designs for performing embroidery operations on textile fabrics as design data and controls an X-axis motor and Y-axis motor of an embroidery machine to be driven, is configured to control the driving unit so that the X/Y axis motors are controlled in 0.01 mm unit or less by using data composed of 16 bits in the design data, so that X-axis/Y-axis movement precision can be controlled to 0.01 mm and a limit of an embroidery stitch can be controlled up to 15.00 mm, thereby providing an effect of enabling precise and high-quality embroidery. (KO) 정밀 자수 디자인용 데이터 제어 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 섬유원단에 자수 동작을 수행하기 위한 하나 이상의 자수 디자인에 필요한 정보를 디자인 데이터로 입력받아, 자수기의 X축 모터와 Y축 모터를 구동하도록 제어하는 구동부를 포함하는 정밀 자수 디자인 제어장치의 데이터 제어 방법은, 상기 디자인 데이터에 16Bit로 구성된 데이터를 이용하여 상기 X/Y축 모터를 0.01mm단위 이하로 제어되도록 상기 구동부를 제어하게 구성함으로써, X축/Y축의 이동 정밀도를 0.01mm로 제어할 수 있으며, 자수 스티치(Stitch)의 한계를 15.00mm까지 제어할 수 있어 세밀하면서도 품질이 높은 자수가 가능하게 하는 효과가 있다.
