The present invention relates to a fuel storage system for a hydrogen-propelled container carrier, capable of modularizing a storage container for storing liquefied hydrogen and a container loaded on a container ship to rearrange the same in a design space, and minimizing structural changes of an existing container ship. The fuel storage system for the hydrogen-propelled container carrier according to the present invention comprises: a hydrogen storage module including a hydrogen storage container in which liquefied hydrogen is stored, an outer container having a size and shape corresponding to a container conveyed by the container carrier and holding the hydrogen storage container, and a fuel supply unit installed in a space between the hydrogen storage container and the outer container to gasify and decompress the liquefied hydrogen discharged from the hydrogen storage container; a cell guide unit including a plurality of cell guides perpendicularly up and down installed in a space of a ship to movably up and down support both corner portions of the front end portion and the rear end portion of the hydrogen storage module; a cell stack installation unit in which a fuel cell stack is installed wherein the fuel cell stack is disposed outside the cell guide unit to receive hydrogen gas supplied from a fuel supply unit of the hydrogen storage module to generate electricity for propulsion of the container carrier; and a hydrogen supply unit penetrating through a partition body of the cell guide unit to supply hydrogen from the hydrogen storage module to the fuel cell stack. 본 발명은 액화수소를 저장하는 저장용기와 컨테이너 선박에 선적하는 컨테이너를 모듈화하여 설계 공간에 재배치하고, 기존 컨테이너 선박의 구조 변경을 최소화할 수 있는 수소 추진 컨테이너 운반선의 연료 저장 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 수소 추진 컨테이너 운반선의 연료 저장 시스템은, 액화수소가 저장되는 수소저장용기와, 컨테이너 운반선에 의해 이송되는 컨테이너와 대응하는 크기와 형태를 가지며 상기 수소저장용기가 수용되는 아우터 컨테이너와, 상기 수소저장용기와 아우터 컨테이너 사이의 공간에 설치되어 상기 수소저장용기에서 배출되는 액화수소를 기화 및 감압시키는 연료공급유닛을 포함하는 수소저장모듈; 선박의 공간에 상하로 연직하게 설치되어 상기 수소저장모듈의 전단부와 후단부의 양측 모서리 부분을 상하로 이동 가능하게 지지하는 복수의 셀가이드를 포함하는 셀가이드유닛; 상기 셀가이드유닛의 외측에 배치되어 상기 수소저장모듈의 연료공급유닛에서 공급되는 수소 가스를 공급받아 컨테이너 운반선의 추진을 위한 전기를 생성하는 연료전지스택이 설치되는 전지스택설치부; 및, 상기 셀가이드유닛의 격벽체를 관통하여 상기 수소저장모듈로부터 상기 연료전지스택으로 수소를 공급하는 수소공급유닛;을 포함한다.
