(KO)
본 발명은 니켈 원료물질, 코발트 원료물질 및 망간 원료물질을 포함하는 금속 수용액을 준비하는 제1 단계; 반응기 내에 상기 금속 수용액, 암모늄 양이온 착물 형성제 및 염기성 수용액을 첨가하고 pH 11 내지 pH 12 미만에서 공침 반응시켜, 제1 양극 활물질 전구체 입자의 핵을 형성하고, 성장시키는 제2 단계; 상기 염기성 수용액의 투입량을 조절하여 상기 반응기 내의 pH를, 제2 단계 대비 0.8 내지 1.5 범위로 상승시켜, 제2 양극 활물질 전구체 입자의 핵을 형성하는 제3 단계; 및 상기 염기성 수용액의 투입량을 조절하여 상기 반응기 내의 pH를 pH 11 내지 pH 12 미만으로 변경하여, 상기 제1 양극 활물질 입자의 핵 및 상기 제2 양극 활물질 입자의 핵을 동시에 성장시켜 평균 입경(D)이 상이한 제1 양극 활물질 전구체 입자 및 제2 양극 활물질 전구체 입자를 형성하는 제4 단계;를 포함하는, 양극 활물질 전구체의 제조 방법, 상기 제조 방법에 의해서 제조되고, 충진 밀도가 개선된 양극 활물질 전구체 및 이를 포함하는 이차전지용 양극 및 리튬 이차전지를 제공한다. 50
