전기화학 에너지 저장 디바이스의 컴포넌트를 형성하기 위한 프로세싱 시스템이 제공된다. 프로세싱 시스템은, 가요성 기판(111) 위에 세라믹 층(52)을 증착하도록 구성된 증착 모듈(102), 및 상승된 온도에서 세라믹 층(52)을 산화 분위기에 노출시키도록 구성된 산화 모듈(150)을 포함한다.
