Abstract

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing a 3-dimensional conductive pattern are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by directly forming the 3-dimensional conductive pattern on the surface of 3-dimensional base materials. CONSTITUTION: A laser irradiation device(100) selectively removes a conductive metal film by radiating laser to the conductive metal film formed on the surface of a base material(20). A jig(200) fixes the base material when the laser is irradiated. A first fixing unit and a second fixing unit are formed on the upper surface of the jig. The first fixing unit fixes the base material to make the front of the base material face upward. The second fixing unit fixes the rear of the base material to make the rear of the base material upward. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011

본 발명은 휴대용 통신기기의 내장형 안테나와 같은 입체적인 도체 패턴의 제조 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 입체적인 도체 패턴 제조 방법은, 사출 성형에 의해 입체 형상의 기재를 제조하는 단계, 도금에 의해 기재의 전체 표면에 도전성 금속 피막을 형성하는 단계, 특정한 구조의 지그에 상기 도전성 금속 피막이 형성된 기재를 복수 개 고정하고, 레이저 가공으로 형성하고자 하는 도체 패턴의 윤곽을 따라 도전성 금속 피막을 선택적으로 제거하여 도전성 금속 피막을 도체 패턴 형성 영역과 도체 패턴 비형성 영역으로 분리하는 단계, 상기 도체 패턴 형성 영역에 일방 전극을 접속하고 전해 도금을 실시하여 도체 패턴 형성 영역에만 선택적으로 전해 도금층을 형성하고, 도체 패턴 비형성 영역의 도전성 금속 피막을 제거하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 레이저 가공과 전해 도금 및 특정한 구조의 지그를 이용함으로써, 높은 생산성으로, 입체 형상의 기재 표면에 직접 입체 형상의 도체 패턴을 형성할 수 있다.
