Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is an electric conductive hybrid polymer material (10). The hybrid polymer material (10) includes: 0.01-1 wt% of carbon nanoparticles (12); 1-10 wt% of a conductive polymer material (14); 1-20 wt% of an electric conductive fiber (16) having a metallic surface; and 69 wt% of a nonconductive polymer base material (18). The carbon nanoparticles (12) includes a carbon nanotube; a graphite nanoparticle, a graphene nanoparticle, and/or a fullerene nanoparticle. The conductive polymer material (14) is able to be a unique conductive polymer, a radical polymer or an electric active polymer. The electric conductive fiber is able to be a stainless steel fiber, a metal-plated carbon fiber, or a metal nanowire. The nonconductive polymer base material (18) is able to be selected from among materials, which are soft at - 40 to 125 deg;C, or materials, which are hard at the same temperature degrees. (KO) 본원에서는, 전기 전도성 하이브리드 중합체 재료(10)가 기술된다. 하이브리드 중합체 재료(10)는 0.01 중량% 내지 1 중량%의 탄소 나노입자(12), 1 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 전도성 중합체 재료(14), 1% 내지 20%의 금속성 표면을 갖는 전기 전도성 섬유(16), 및 69 중량% 이상의 비전도성 중합체 베이스 재료(18)를 포함한다. 탄소 나노입자(12)는 탄소 나노튜브, 흑연 나노입자, 그래핀 나노입자 및/또는 풀러렌 나노입자일 수 있다. 전도성 중합체 재료(14)는 고유 전도성 중합체, 라디칼 중합체 또는 전기활성 중합체일 수 있다. 전기 전도성 섬유(16)는 스테인레스강 섬유, 금속 도금된 탄소 섬유 또는 금속 나노와이어일 수 있다. 비전도성 중합체 베이스 재료(18)는 -40℃ 내지 125℃의 온도에서 유연성인 재료, 또는 이 온도 범위에서 강성인 재료로부터 선택될 수 있다. 하이브리드 중합체 재료(10)는 전기 조립체 하우징의 와이어 케이블에 EMI 차폐를 제공하는 데에 사용될 수 있다.
