Abstract
(EN) One embodiment of the present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for controlling a tool magazine transfer speed for a machine tool having a tool magazine. The tool magazine transfer speed control method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a step of obtaining required machining precision, a step of determining whether there is a preset heavy tool on the transfer path between the tool port at the current standby port position of the tool magazine and the tool port designated as the next scheduled use, and a step of transferring the tool port designated as the next scheduled use of the tool magazine to the standby port position, the transfer speed of the tool magazine being reduced or transfer of the tool magazine being stopped until completion of the machining depending on the required precision when the preset heavy tool is present on the transfer path. According to the embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to provide a method and an apparatus for tool magazine transfer speed control ensuring satisfactory machining performance and a satisfactory machining speed. (KO) 본 명세서의 일 실시 예는 공구 매거진(tool magazine)을 구비하는 공작 기계의 공구 매거진 이송 속도 제어 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로 본 명세서의 일 실시 예에 따르는 공구 매거진 이송 속도 제어 방법은, 가공의 요구 정밀도를 획득하는 단계, 상기 공구 매거진의 현재 대기 포트 위치의 공구 포트와 다음 사용 예정으로 지정된 공구 포트 사이의 이송 경로에 미리 설정된 중(heavy) 공구가 존재하는지 판단하는 단계, 상기 공구 매거진의 다음 사용 예정으로 지정된 공구 포트를 상기 대기 포트 위치로 이송하되, 상기 이송 경로에 미리 설정된 중 공구가 존재하면, 상기 요구 정밀도에 따라 상기 공구 매거진의 이송 속도를 감소시키거나 상기 공구 매거진의 이송을 상기 가공이 완료될 때까지 중단하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 본 명세서의 일 실시 예에 따르면 가공 성능과 가공 속도를 만족할 수준으로 확보 할 수 있는 공구 매거진 이송 속도 제어 방법 및 장치를 제공할 수 있다.
