The present invention relates to a modified conjugated diene polymer containing a functional group derived from a tertiary amine compound represented by chemical formula 1, to a production method thereof and to a tertiary amine compound represented by the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, A and X_1 to X_3 are the same as defined in the specification. Since the modified conjugated diene polymer according to the present invention contains the functional group derived from the tertiary amine compound represented by the chemical formula 1 such as an amine group and a silane group, the modified conjugated diene polymer can have excellent affinity with a filler such as a silica-based filler, and tensile properties and viscoelastic properties can be excellent.
