본 발명의 도전성 아닐린계 폴리머는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 단위를 가지며, 겔 침투 크로마토그래피에 의해 분자량 분포를 측정하고, 유지 시간을 폴리스타이렌설폰산나트륨 환산의 분자량(M)으로 변환하여, 이 분자량(M)에 있어서 15000Da 이상인 영역의 면적(X)과 15000Da 미만인 영역의 면적(Y)의 면적비(X/Y)가 1.20 이상이다. 또한, 본 발명의 도전성 아닐린계 폴리머의 제조 방법은 특정의 아닐린 유도체(A)를, 염기성 화합물(B), 용제(C) 및 산화제(D)를 포함하는 용액 중 액온 25℃ 미만에서 중합하는 중합 공정(Z1), 또는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 단위를 갖는 도전성 아닐린계 폴리머(P-1)가 용제(C)에 용해 또는 분산된 액 중에 특정의 아닐린 유도체(A) 및 산화제(D)를 첨가하여 중합하는 중합 공정(Z2)을 갖는다.
