(KO) 신규한 세포-투과성 숙신산 화합물
Abstract
(KO) 본 발명은 신규한 세포 투과성 숙신산(succinates) 및 미토콘드리아 내에서 ATP-생산 증가를 목적으로 하는 숙신산의 세포 투과성 전구체를 제공한다. 진핵세포 내에서 생산되고 사용되는 ATP의 주요 부분은 미토콘드리아의 산화적 인산화에서 유래되고, 이 과정에서 고에너지 전자는 크렙스 회로에 의해 제공된다. 모든 크렙스 회로 중간체(intermediates)가 세포막으로 즉시 투과하지 않는데, 그들 중 하나가 숙신산이다. 새로운 세포 투과성 숙신산의 공급(provision)은 세포막 너머의 통로(passage)를 허용할 것으로 예상되고 따라서 세포 투과성 숙신산은 미토콘드리아의 ATP-생산량(output)을 향상시키는 데 사용될 수 있다.
