(EN) Provided are a driving control system of an electric vehicle and a driving control method. The driving control system of an electric vehicle of the present invention comprises: a remaining capacity calculating unit for calculating the remaining capacity of a battery; and a control unit for controlling the value of an output current outputted to a driving unit of an electric vehicle to be a preset limit current value or lower when the remaining capacity reaches a preset value. The electric vehicle can travel a maximum distance when the remaining capacity of the electric vehicle becomes the preset value or lower. In addition, the electric vehicle can move to a charging station by searching the charging station adjacent to the current location of the electric vehicle and limiting an output current. (KO) 전기 자동차의 주행 제어 시스템 및 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 전기 자동차의 주행 제어 시스템은 배터리의 잔존용량을 산출하는 잔존용량 산출부; 및 상기 잔존용량이 기 설정된 값에 도달하는 경우 전기 자동차의 구동부로 출력되는 출력 전류의 크기를 기 설정된 제한 전류 값 이하로 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 전기 자동차의 잔여 용량이 기 설정된 값 이하로 떨어지는 경우 전기 자동차가 최대 거리를 이동할 수 있도록 한다. 또한, 전기 자동차의 현재 위치에 인접한 충전소를 탐색하고, 출력 전류를 제한함으로써 전기 자동차가 충전소까지 이동할 수 있도록 한다.
