Abstract
(KO)
본 발명은, 블로운 필름에 적합한 폴리에틸렌 배합 조성물, 그 제조 방법, 및 그로부터 제조된 필름을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른, 블로운 필름에 적합한 폴리에틸렌 배합 조성물은, (a) 0.915 내지 0.935 g/㎤ 범위의 밀도, 및 0.8 초과 내지 5 g/10 min 이하 범위의 용융 지수(I), 및 6 내지 10 범위의 분자량 분포(M/M)를 갖는, 4 중량% 이하의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE); (b) 0.917 내지 0.950 g/㎤ 범위의 밀도, 및 0.1 내지 5 g/10 min 이하 범위의 용융 지수(I)를 갖는, 90 중량% 이상의 불균일한 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(hLLDPE); (c) 임의적으로 히드로탈사이트(hydrotalcite) 기재 중화제; (d) 임의적으로 하나 이상의 핵형성제; 및 (e) 임의적으로 하나 이상의 항산화제의 용융 배합 생성물을 포함한다. 상기 폴리에틸렌 배합 조성물을 블로운 필름 공정을 통하여 필름으로 성형하는 경우에, 생산 속도(output rate)는 유사한 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌에 대하여 6% 이상 개선된다. 2 w n 2
