Abstract
(KO) 본 발명의 수소화 제품을 제조하는 방법은 정화된 DAS-함유 발효액을 제공하는 단계; 물 및 암모니아를 포함하는 오버헤드, 및 SA 및 적어도 약 20wt%의 물을 포함하는 액상 버텀을 형성하기 위해 >100℃ 내지 약 300℃의 온도에서 과대기압하에서 상기 액을 증류시키는 단계; 액체 부분 및 실질적으로 순수한 SA인 고체 부분을 분리하기 위해 상기 버텀이 충분한 온도 및 조성에 도달하도록 상기 버텀을 냉각 및/또는 증발시키는 단계; 상기 액체 부분으로부터 상기 고체 부분을 분리시키는 단계; 상기 고체 부분을 회수하는 단계; THF, GBL 및 BDO 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 상기 수소화 제품을 제조하기 위해 적어도 하나의 수소 촉매의 존재하에서 상기 고체를 수소화시키는 단계; 및 상기 수소화 제품을 회수하는 단계를 포함한다.
