Abstract
(KO) 파이프용 초음파 변환기는 평면파를 생성하는 초음파 공급원을 포함한다. 상기 변환기는 면을 갖는 하우징을 포함하고, 상기 면의 적어도 일부는 만곡되며 이를 통해 상기 하우징에 배치된 공급원으로부터 생성된 평면파가 방출되어 상기 파이프의 내벽을 향해 외부로 향하게 되어서 상기 파이프 내부의 전단면이 측정될 수 있다. 파이프에서 유체 유량을 검출하기 위한 유량계가 제공된다. 파이프에서 유체 유량을 검출하기 위한 방법이 제공된다.
