Abstract

본 발명은 특히 고온 용도에 적합한 결정성 유리 솔더 및 복합체, 및 이의, 연료 전지에서와 같은 용도에 관한 것이다. 상기 결정성 유리 솔더는 SiO 25∼40 중량%, BaO 45∼60 중량%, BO 5∼15 중량%, AlO 0 ∼ < 2 중량%, 및 MgO, CaO 및 SrO으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1 이상의 알칼리 토류 산화물을 함유하며, 여기서 CaO는 0∼5 중량%이며, 20∼300℃의 온도 범위에서 8.0·10 K ∼ 13.0·10 K의 열팽창 계수를 특징으로 한다. 2 2 3 2 3 -6 -1 -6 -1
