(KO) 본 발명은 리보플라빈(비타민 B2로도 언급된다)의 생명공학적 발효 생산 방법 및 수단, 및 상기 방법을 수행하기 위한 수단, 특히 리보플라빈 생산이 증가된 개질된 미생물 숙주 세포에 관한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 숙주 세포의 리보플라빈 생산에 참여하는 효소 활성의 발현을 조절하는 신규한 방법 및 수단을 개시한다.
