Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a separation method of carbon nanotubes which is capable of separating a specific carbon nanotube from a carbon nanotube mixture using a clean chemical reaction. The separation method of the carbon nanotubes comprises the following steps: forming a first carbon nanotube including a first functional group; forming a substrate including a second functional group; and attaching the first carbon nanotube on the substrate by the clean chemical reaction between the first and second functional groups. (KO) 클릭 화학 반응을 이용하여, 탄소나노튜브 혼합물로부터 특정 탄소나노튜브를 분리할 수 있는 탄소나노튜브 분리 방법을 제공하는 것이다. 탄소나노튜브 분리 방법은 제1 작용기를 포함하는 제1 탄소나노튜브를 형성하고, 제2 작용기를 포함하는 기판을 형성하고, 상기 제1 작용기와 상기 제2 작용기의 클릭 화학 반응에 의해, 상기 제1 탄소나노튜브가 상기 기판에 부착되는 것을 포함한다.
