(JA) 本発明は、ハウジング(4)と、センサ(29)と、ステッピングモータ(6)若しくはブラシレスDCモータと、弁座(7)と、弁座(7)と相互作用する弁本体(8)とを有する膨張弁(1)に関し、ステッピングモータ(6)又はブラシレスDCモータは、ロータ(10)と、ロータ(10)を取り囲むステータとを有し、ロータ(10)は、軸(13)と、永久磁石本体(14)に一体回転するように固定された永久磁石本体(14)とを有し、センサ(29)は、永久磁石本体(14)の軸方向位置及び/又は回転角度を検出するように形成される。このようにして、最適化された設置スペース要件を有すると同時に安価な膨張弁(1)を製造することができる。
