Abstract
(JA) 【課題】運転中に計測したデータに基づきプラント性能の評価を行うことができる性能評価装置を提供する。
【解決手段】性能評価装置は、ガスタービンと、蒸気タービンとを用いて発電を行うコンバインドサイクル発電プラントの運転中の各時刻に計測されたガスタービン出力のサンプリング値と、蒸気タービン出力のサンプリング値とを取得する取得部と、第1時刻に計測された前記ガスタービン出力のサンプリング値と、前記第1時刻の前記ガスタービン出力に対応する前記蒸気タービン出力であって、前記第1時刻から所定の遅れ時間後の第2時刻に計測された前記蒸気タービン出力のサンプリング値と、の合計出力であるプラント出力を求める出力算出部と、を備える。
