Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm with a glass plate structure having good acoustic performance, and an opening member using the same diaphragm.

SOLUTION: The diaphragm includes a glass plate structure 10 and at least one vibrator installed on one or both sides of the glass plate structure. The glass plate structure includes: at least two plates 11, 12; and a fluid layer 16 which is held in a manner as being sandwiched between both sides of the two plates. At least one plate out of the two plates is a glass plate, and each end face of the two plates is arranged with deviation to configure a step part 50 in a stepwise shape in a cross-sectional view. In the step part, a seal material 31 is also provided to seal at least the fluid layer. The entire surfaces of the inner faces of the two plates, except for parts in which the seal material is arranged, face each other in a state of contacting to the fluid layer.

【解決手段】ガラス板構成体10及びガラス板構成体の片面又は両面に設置された少なくとも1つの振動子を含む振動板であって、ガラス板構成体は、少なくとも2枚の板11、12と、2枚の板の両側から挟み込むようにして保持された液体層16と、を含む。2枚の板のうち少なくとも1枚の板がガラス板であり、2枚の板の各々の端面がずれて配置されることより、断面視において階段状を呈する段差部50を構成し、段差部において、少なくとも液体層を封止するように設けられたシール材31を更に備える。2枚の板の内面の、シール材が配置される部分を除く全面が、液体層に接する状態で対向している。
