PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method of a joint body, an inspection device of the joint body and the joint body capable of highly accurate detection of joint defects due to minute gaps between respective members of the joint body and insufficient caulking.

SOLUTION: Provided is an inspection method of a joint body 17 having a joint portion formed by expanding a second pipe member 13 after the second pipe member 13 with an outer diameter smaller than that of a first pipe member 11 is inserted into the first pipe member 11 having a through hole 19. The method includes: applying elastic wave vibration to the joint body 17 of the first pipe member 11 and the second pipe member 13; acquiring a vibration distribution of the first pipe member 11 optically collectively measured in a visual field region including the joint body 17, and a vibration distribution of the second pipe member 13 measured through the through hole 19, with respect to a plurality of visual field regions having different positions in a circumferential direction of the joint body 17; and determining the quality of joint in the entire joint portion based on the vibration distribution.

(JA) 【課題】接合体の各部材間の微小な隙間やかしめ不足による接合不良を高精度に検出できる接合体の検査方法、及び接合体の検査装置、並びにその検査に用いる接合体を提供する。
【解決手段】貫通孔19を有する第1管部材11の管内に、第1管部材11よりも小さな外径を有する第2管部材13を挿入し、第2管部材13を拡管して接合部を形成した接合体17を検査する。第1管部材11と第2管部材13の接合体17に弾性波振動を付与し、光学的に一括的に測定される、接合部17を含む視野領域において、第1管部材11の振動分布と、貫通孔19を通して測定される第2管部材13の振動分布とを、接合体17の周方向の位置が異なる複数の視野領域について取得する。この振動分布により接合部全体における接合の良否を判定する。
