Abstract
(JA) 本発明は、臍帯血単核細胞（ＵＣＢＭＮＣ）によって分泌される小型細胞外小胞を単離するためのプロセス及び小型細胞外小胞を含む組成物に関するものであり、これらは、自己免疫疾患の治療法もしくは予防、及び／または美容目的に適用するのに有用である。
ＵＣＢＭＮＣの小型細胞外小胞を単離するために提唱されたプロセスは、３つの主要なステップ：ｉ）連続遠心分離を行う第１のステップ、ｉｉ）限外ろ過（ＵＦ）と組み合わせた精密ろ過を行う第２のステップ、及びｉｉｉ）サイズ排除クロマトグラフィー（ＳＥＣ）を行う第３のステップを含み、高純度の小型細胞外小胞をより高い収率で得ることを目的としている。
ＳＥＶ組成物は、特定の種類のタンパク質、ＲＮＡ、及び脂質を含み、乾癬、狼瘡、アトピー性皮膚炎、湿疹などの炎症性疾患及び自己免疫疾患の治療薬、ならびに美容または予防用組成物に適用するときに、非常に有効となり得る。
したがって、本発明は、医薬品、医学、化粧品、細胞生物学及びそれらの器具における研究開発の技術領域にある。
