Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid mixer improved in a fail-safe property with respect to an attainment of a mixture ratio of two different kinds of fluid.

SOLUTION: A fluid mixer is configured so that a first sensor 5 is arranged on flow of fluid not yet mixed and a second sensor 11 is arranged on flow of fluid already mixed, with respect to mixing of two different kinds of fluid, which has a fail-safe function of calculating densities of fluid mixed by a fluid mixing part 7, by two kinds of methods and of alarming if there is a difference between values of the densities obtained by the two methods.

(JA) 【課題】異なる2種類の流体の混合比が達成されていることについてのフェールセーフ性を高めた流体混合装置を得ること。
【解決手段】異なる2種類の流体の混合に関して、混合前の流れに第1のセンサ5を配置し、混合後の流れに第2のセンサ11を配置した構成とし、流体混合部7により混合された流体の濃度を異なる2種類の方法で演算し、得られた2つの濃度の値に乖離がある場合は、警報を出すことにより、フェールセーフ機能を有する流体混合装置とすることができる。
