Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of high-purity bis-(2-hydroxyethyl) terephthalate (BHET) capable of easily producing high-purity BHET from colored polyester waste.

SOLUTION: A production method of high-purity BHET includes a depolymerization step for depolymerizing colored polyester waste to obtain a depolymerized substance containing colored crude BHET, a concentration step for removing low boiling point components contained in the depolymerized substance to concentrate BHET, a recovery step for recovering BHET from the crude BHET to obtain medium-purity BHET, a crystallization and separation step for crystallizing the medium-purity BHET in a discoloration solvent and subjecting a crystal and a solvent component containing a coloring agent to solid-liquid separation to obtain refined BHET, and a solvent removal step for removing a solvent remaining in the crystal of the refined BHET to obtain high-purity BHET.

(JA) 【課題】着色されたポリエステル廃棄物から高純度のビス-(2-ヒドロキシエチル)テレフタレート(BHET)を簡便に製造し得る高純度BHETの製造方法を提供すること。
【解決手段】本発明の高純度BHETの製造方法は、着色されたポリエステル廃棄物を解重合して着色した粗製BHETを含む解重合物を得る解重合工程と、解重合物中に含まれる低沸点成分を除去してBHETを濃縮する濃縮工程と、粗製BHETからBHETを回収して中純度BHETを得る回収工程と、中純度BHETを脱色溶媒中で晶析するとともに、結晶と色素を含有する溶媒成分とを固液分離して精製BHETを得る晶析分離工程と、精製BHETの結晶中に残留する溶媒を除去して高純度BHETを得る脱溶媒工程とを有する。
