Abstract
(JA)

【課題】 剛性が高く、150℃もの高温での耐熱性にも優れ、包装袋としたときの袋形状を保持しやすく、しかも印刷時のピッチずれやヒートシールしたときにシール部のシワが少ない二軸配向ポリプロピレンフィルムを提供すること。
【解決手段】 メソペンタッド分率が97.0%以上、99.9%以下であり、メルトフローレートが4.0g/10分以上、30g/10分以下であるポリプロピレン樹脂を90質量%以上含むポリプロピレン樹脂組成物からなり、かつフィルムの特性が下記(1)〜(6)の要件を満足する二軸配向ポリプロピレンフィルム。
(1)23℃における長手方向のヤング率が、2.0GPa以上である。
(2)23℃における幅方向のヤング率が、6.0GPa以上である。
(3)80℃における長手方向の5%伸長時の応力(F5)が、15MPa以上である。
(4)80℃における幅方向の5%伸長時の応力(F5)が、75MPa以上である。
(5)150℃における熱収縮率が、長手方向で10%以下である。
(6)150℃における熱収縮率が、幅方向で30%以下である。
