Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological examination apparatus and a biological information analysis method which allow a user to grasp the two-dimensional upper, lower, front and back motions of the thyroid cartilage and hyoid bone followed by the deglutition sound as the deglutition dynamics at a glance with a non-invasive examination.

SOLUTION: A biological examination apparatus extracts the up-down motion component following the vertical motion of the thyroid cartilage and the front-back motion component following the front-back motion of the thyroid cartilage from a fitting result obtained by fitting a model function that models the deglutition motion to distance information based on detection data detected by a laryngeal displacement detection part, and generates two-dimensional trajectory data 901 which indicates behavioral trajectories in the vertical direction and cross direction of the thyroid cartilage on the basis of the extracted up-down motion component and front-back motion component.

【課題】非侵襲的な検査により、嚥下音を伴う甲状軟骨および舌骨の上下前後の2次元的な動作を嚥下ダイナミクスとして一見して把握できるようにする生体検査装置および生体情報分析方法を提供する。
【解決手段】本発明の生体検査装置では、嚥下動作をモデル化したモデル関数を喉頭部変位検出部によって検出される検出データに基づく距離情報にフィッティングさせたフィッティング結果から、甲状軟骨の上下動に伴う上下動成分と、甲状軟骨の前後動に伴う前後動成分とを抽出し、これらの抽出された上下動成分および前後動成分に基づいて甲状軟骨の上下方向および前後方向の挙動軌跡を示す2次元軌跡データ901を生成する。
