Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope external mechanism having a housing case which is to be detachably attached to an operation unit of an endoscope and on which an operation switch for activating a driving source is provided, the endoscope external mechanism having excellent washability after use.

SOLUTION: An endoscope external mechanism 10 comprises: a curvature wheel 41 engaged with a second UD knob 3g of a second curvature operation device 3b provided on a sub operation part 3S of an endoscope 1; a motor 32 for generating driving force for rotating the wheel 41; a housing case 11 that stores the wheel 41 and the motor 32 and is detachably attached to the sub operation part 3S; and an operation switch 60 that is detachably mounted on the outside of the housing case 11 and outputs a control signal to the motor 32 when an operator 62 is operated. In a state in which the operation switch 60 is mounted on the housing case 11, a case side mounting surface 11f and a switch side mounting surface 65f are in contact with each other and formed so as to be flat with respect to each other.

【課題】内視鏡の操作部に着脱自在で駆動源を動作させる操作スイッチが設けられる収容ケースを有して使用後の洗浄性に優れた内視鏡用外付機構を提供する。
【解決手段】内視鏡用外付機構10は、内視鏡1の副操作部3Sに設けられた第2湾曲操作装置3bの第2UDノブ3gに係合する湾曲ホイール41と、ホイール41を回転させるための駆動力を発生させるモータ32と、ホイール41とモータ32とを収容すると共に、副操作部3Sに着脱自在に取り付けられる収容ケース11と、収容ケース11の外部に着脱自在に装着され、操作子62が操作されることでモータ32に制御信号を出力する操作スイッチ60と、を具備し、収容ケース11と操作スイッチ60とが装着状態において接触しているケース側装着面11f及びスイッチ側装着面65fは、互いに平坦に形成されている。
