素地鋼板と、該素地鋼板の表面のAlコーティング層とを有する、Alコーティング層付きステンレス鋼板において、素地鋼板が所定の成分組成を有する板厚:100μm以下のステンレス鋼であり、かつ、Alコーティング層の第1の深さにおけるFeおよびCrの合計含有量を20〜70質量%とする。
