乗降位置決定方法、乗降位置決定装置、ならびに、乗降位置決定システムは、ユーザからの配車リクエストに応じて車両を配車する配車システムにおいて、ユーザのリクエスト地点の周辺の乗降位置候補を算点し、乗降位置候補ごとのトータルトリップ時間を算点し、トータルトリップ時間に基づいて乗降位置候補の中から乗降位置を決定する。
