PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions, methods, and kits for inducing apoptosis.

SOLUTION: Provided is a composition for inducing apoptosis in a cellular death receptor 5 (DR5) positive cell, the composition comprising a first complex comprising a targeting moiety and a morpholino. The composition is used in combination with a second complex comprising a copolymer carrier and one or more morpholinos.
