基地局は、一つの態様において、同期信号を所定の送信間隔によって複数の周期で送信することができる基地局であって、前記同期信号を複数の無線信号において連続的に送信できる送信部と、前記基地局に接続される移動局が第1の情報を用いてスケーリングした第2の情報に応じた条件で前記同期信号を検出するように、前記移動局の無線測定を制御できる制御部とを有する。
