Abstract
(JA)

本発明は、析出強化Ni基合金材と同等以上の機械的特性を有するCo基合金製造物およびその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。本発明に係るCo基合金製造物は、0.08〜0.25質量%のCと、0.1質量%以下のBと、10〜30質量%のCrとを含み、Feを5質量%以下でNiを30質量%以下で含み、FeおよびNiの合計が30質量%以下であり、Wおよび/またはMoを含み、WおよびMoの合計が5質量%以上12質量%以下であり、Ti、Zr、Hf、V、NbおよびTaの1種以上を合計0.5質量%以上2質量%以下で含み、0.5質量%以下のSiと、0.5質量%以下のMnと、0.003〜0.04質量%のNとを含み、残部がCoと不純物とからなり、前記不純物は、0.5質量%以下のAlと、0.04質量%以下のOとを含む、化学組成を有し、前記製造物は、母相結晶の多結晶体であり、前記多結晶体の結晶粒内には、平均サイズが0.13μm以上2μm以下のポスト偏析セルが形成しており、該ポスト偏析セルの境界上に、前記Ti、前記Zr、前記Hf、前記V、前記Nbおよび/または前記Taを含むMC型炭化物相粒子が分散析出している、ことを特徴とする。
