PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy transaction support device, an energy transaction support method, and a program capable of simplifying a procedure of an energy transaction.

SOLUTION: In a transmission/distribution system, an energy transaction support device 10 includes: a transaction content proposal section 1003 that creates a transaction content including an energy point indicating an energy value and transmits to each of an energy supplier and an energy consumer; a command output section 1004 that outputs an actual transaction command to each of the supplier and the consumer when a transaction with the transaction content is concluded; and a transaction information management section 1005 that counts the energy points acquired and consumed through the actual transactions in a fixed period and gives a counted value of the energy points after the fixed period has elapsed.

【解決手段】送配電システムにおいて、エネルギー取引支援装置10は、エネルギー価値を示すエネルギーポイントを含む取引内容を作成し、エネルギーの供給者およびエネルギーの需要者のそれぞれに送信する取引内容提案部1003と、取引内容での取引が成立した場合に、供給者および前記需要者のそれぞれに向けて実取引指令を出力する指令出力部1004と、一定期間の実取引を経て獲得および消費した前記エネルギーポイントを集計し、一定期間経過時にエネルギーポイントの集計値を付与する取引情報管理部1005と、を備える。
