Abstract
(JA)

ビールテイスト飲料として優れた香味を有し、かつ、酸化および/またはガスロスによる香味劣化が抑制されたビールテイスト飲料を提供する。本発明の一態様によれば、酸味料を含み、pHが2〜4であり、苦味付与剤の含有量が0.10mg/L〜50mg/Lであり、かつ甘味料を0.01重量%以上0.50重量%未満のショ糖換算濃度で含有する、ビールテイスト飲料が提供される。
