Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbohydrate polyamine binder and a material prepared using the same.

SOLUTION: There is disclosed a binder containing a product of a carbohydrate reaction product and a polyamine, wherein the binder is useful for firmly fixing a loosely combined object such as a fiber. There are also disclosed a carbohydrate reaction product and an uncured fiber product including a fiber in contact with a polyamine. A binder composition can be cured so that a fiber product including a fiber bound by a crosslinked polymer is obtained. There is further disclosed a method for binding fibers with a binder based on a carbohydrate reaction product and a polyamine.

【課題】炭水化物ポリアミン結合剤およびそれを用いて作製される材料を提供すること。
【解決手段】炭水化物反応物とポリアミンとの生成物を含む結合剤が開示される。この結合剤は、繊維など、緩く組み合わされた物体を強固に固めるのに有用である。炭水化物反応物およびポリアミンに接触した繊維を含む未硬化繊維生成物も開示される。結合剤組成物は、架橋ポリマーによって結合した繊維を含む繊維製品が得られるように、硬化することができる。炭水化物反応物およびポリアミンをベースにした結合剤で繊維を結合するための方法がさらに開示される。
