PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning toy by which an advanced programming can be gradually learned so that not only an infant of a low age but a child of a higher age group can be included as a target.
SOLUTION: A plurality of command panels 121 are arranged in which command information that can be read with an optical read module 240 is stored, so that a mobile route 120 can thereby be constituted. A mobile robot 110, while moving the mobile route 120, successively reads command information stored in the passing command panels 121, with a plurality of command information pieces stored in command information memory 508. The controller 501 of the mobile robot 110 detects, from the plurality of command information pieces stored in the command information memory 508, first comparison object information containing numerical values or patterns and second comparison object information showing information of numerical values or patters, and compares to determine coincidence, making the mobile robot 110 to perform desired action on the basis of the determination result.
