本発明は、エリブリン中間体及びその製造方法を公開した。具体的に、本発明は、式II、式III及び式Vで表される化合物及びその製造方法を公開し、式中、ArはC1−10アルキル若しくはアルコキシによって置換されたアリール、又は無置換のアリールであり;R及びRは、アセタールの保護基又はチオアセタールの保護基であり、Rは水素又はヒドロキシ保護基であり;Xはハロゲン又は脱離基であり、当該製造方法は、反応条件が穏やかで、選択性が高く、精製しやすく、合成コストが低いという利点があり、大規模生産に適する。
