PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-stream video processing device that suppresses the installation cost of a post-stage circuit.

SOLUTION: Multiple video streams including one main video stream and at least one sub video stream are generated from the same video source. A pre-stage circuit 120 stores an N-th sub video picture of a sub video stream in a processing time section in at least one latest sub video temporary storage area in a memory module, and stores an N-th main video picture of the main video stream in a main video temporary storage area in the memory module. A post-stage circuit 130 reads and processes an N-1-th sub video picture of the sub video stream stored in at least one preceding sub video temporary storage area in the memory module in a first sub section of the processing time section, and reads and processes the N-th main video picture stored in the main video temporary storage area in the second sub section after the first sub section.

【課題】後段回路の設置コストを抑えたマルチストリーム映像処理装置を提供する。
【解決手段】同一映像源から、1つのメイン映像ストリームと、少なくとも1つのサブ映像ストリームとを含む映像ストリームを複数生成。する前段回路120は、処理時間区間において、サブ映像ストリームのN個目のサブ映像ピクチャを、メモリモジュールにおける少なくとも1つの最新サブ映像一時記憶領域に、メイン映像ストリームのN個目のメイン映像ピクチャを、メモリモジュールにおけるメイン映像一時記憶領域に格納する。後段回路130は、処理時間区間の第1サブ区間において、メモリモジュールにおける少なくとも1つの先行サブ映像一時記憶領域に格納されたサブ映像ストリームのN−1個目のサブ映像ピクチャを読み取り、処理を行い、第1サブ区間の後の第2サブ区間において、メイン映像一時記憶領域に格納されたN個目のメイン映像ピクチャを読み取り、処理を行う。
