Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning and storage method for a boiler plant capable of storing a boiler after performing corrosion prevention processing on a cleaning object portion of the boiler at low cost and in a short time within a period from chemical cleaning to start of ordinary operation, and provide a cleaning and storage device.

SOLUTION: A storage method for a boiler plant in the present disclosure includes: a step (S2) of performing neutral cleaning on a cleaning object portion to which a scale is deposited, at an ordinary temperature with a neutral cleaning fluid containing a rust removal agent; a step (S4) of circulating an ordinary-temperature ammonium-based compound solution of pH 9.8 or higher containing an ammonium-based compound in the cleaning object portion; and a step (S5) of blowing the ammonium-based compound solution from the cleaning object portion.

【課題】化学洗浄から通常運転を開始するまでの期間に、低コスト且つ短時間でボイラの洗浄対象部位の防錆処理を行い、ボイラを保管することができるボイラプラントの洗浄保管方法および洗浄保管装置を提供することを目的とする。
【解決手段】本開示のボイラプラントの保管方法は、スケールが付着した洗浄対象部位を、除錆剤を含む中性の洗浄液により常温で中性洗浄する工程(S2)と、洗浄対象部位に、アンモニア系化合物を含むpH9.8以上の常温のアンモニア系化合物水溶液を循環させる工程(S4)と、洗浄対象部位から、アンモニア系化合物水溶液をブローする工程(S5)を備えている。
