本発明は、発酵槽用破泡器を提供する。本出願の実施例による発酵槽用破泡器は、中央部に第1中空110を有し、ディスク(disk)形状であるボディ100、前記第1中空110と連通する第2中空210を有し、前記ボディ100の上面120と下面130からそれぞれ延長形成された支持台200及び前記ボディ100の下面130に装着される複数の第1ベーン(vane)(310、320、330、340、350、360、370、380)を含んでもよい。
