【課題】エンジンブレーキを生じさせた状態におけるクラッチ操作を円滑に行わせることができる動力伝達装置を提供する。
【解決手段】プレッシャ部材(5a、5b)は、連動部材9の押圧力を受けて駆動側クラッチ板6及び被動側クラッチ板7を圧接させる方向に移動し得る第1プレッシャ部材5aと、作動部材9の作動力を受けて駆動側クラッチ板6及び被動側クラッチ板7の圧接力を解放させる方向に移動し得る第2プレッシャ部材5bと、ウェイト部材8が外径位置から内径位置に移動する過程で出力シャフト3を介してクラッチ部材4に回転力が入力され、第1プレッシャ部材5aが連動部材9に追従して移動する際、当該第1プレッシャ部材5aに対して第2プレッシャ部材5bを移動させて駆動側クラッチ板6と被動側クラッチ板7との圧接を保持させるバックトルク伝達用カムとを有する動力伝達装置。
