Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-air-chamber tire that can safely run a certain distance even when a tire breaks, while suppressing deterioration of the ride comfort.

SOLUTION: A multi-air-chamber tire 1 includes: a tread 4; a pair of bead sections 2; a pair of sidewalls 3 extending between the tread 4 and the bead sections 2; and partition walls 30 that are provided to each of tire halves with respect to a tire equatorial plane and partition a tire cavity into a plurality of the air chambers adjacent to one another. Each of the partition walls 30 includes a first connecting part 9a connected to a tire inner wall surface, and a second connecting part 9b connected to the tire inner wall surface at a position outside in the tire radial direction of the first connecting part 9a. When the tire 1 is filled with a fluid, a first air chamber 20 is formed in a space provided inside in the tire width direction of the side walls 30, and a second air chambers 21 is formed between the partition wall 30 and the tire inner wall surface of the sidewall 3.

【課題】乗り心地性の悪化を抑制しつつ、タイヤ破損時に一定距離を安全に走行可能な多気室タイヤを提供する。
【解決手段】多気室タイヤ1は、トレッド部4と、一対のビード部2と、トレッド部4とビード部2との間に延在する一対のサイドウォール部3と、タイヤ赤道面を境とするタイヤ半部のいずれかにそれぞれ設けられ、かつ、タイヤ内腔を隔離して隣接する複数の気室を形成する、隔壁30と、を備える。隔壁30のそれぞれは、タイヤ内壁面と連結されている第1連結部9aと、第1連結部9aよりもタイヤ内壁面のタイヤ径方向外側に連結されている第2連結部9bとを備える。タイヤ1に流体が充填されている状態において、隔壁30よりもタイヤ幅方向内側の空間に第1気室20が形成され、隔壁30とサイドウォール部3のタイヤ内壁面との間の空間に第2気室21が形成される。
