Abstract

【課題】腐食性燃料に対して高い耐性を有するとともに、追従性を持ちめっき後の加工が可能な燃料圧送配管であって、内径が小さい場合であっても製造が容易であり、量産にも適する、燃料圧送配管を提供する。
【解決手段】母材鋼管11の内表面にリン含有量(共析率)が1.1%〜2.0%の無電解Ni−Pめっき層4が形成され、該無電解Ni−Pめっき層4は、母材鋼管11の母材とNi−Pの相互拡散層4aと、該相互拡散層4aの最表面に形成されたNi−Pのみの非相互拡散層4bとで構成され、かつ前記非相互拡散層4bの層厚が3μm以上で、前記相互拡散層4aと前記非相互拡散層4bの合計層厚が6μm以上16μm以下とされた燃料圧送配管である。
